Chamblee and Dunwoody organize every year for residents a special event to drop off all Household Hazardous Waste for FREE!.

(Disposal is limited to Chamblee & Dunwoody residents only. (Please be prepared with proof of residence, e.g: Photo ID, piece of mail, etc.)
Disposal limited to residential quantities.
Accepted are: • Aerosols, Adhesives, resins and epoxies • Mercury debris/articles/devices • Lawn care products, Automotive products • Poisons (rat, rodent, insect repellents), pesticides • Fluorescent or Incandescent bulbs • Non-DEA regulated pharmaceuticals, • Photo chemicals, Hobby and artist supplies, paints and paint-related products • Cleaners and swimming pool chemicals
What will NOT be accepted: • Agricultural wastes, bio-hazardous/bio-medical waste • Ammunition • Explosives, radioactive materials
